Packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for booking and rescheduling.
The plan is valid for 12 months from the purchase date and cannot be paused.
No extensions will be granted for unused sessions or expired packages.
Sessions cannot be redeemed after the 12-month period.
If no hair regrowth occurs between treatments due to the machine’s effectiveness, sessions are not required.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
Clients must shave the treatment area 1-3 days before their appointment; failure to do so will result in a $100 shaving fee at the salon.
